Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@anyneed.store with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for your return
  4. Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Do not send items back without first receiving a return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • All approved returns must be shipped to the address provided in your return authorization — please do not ship returns to our business address.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@anyneed.store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@anyneed.store
